Human recombinant TGFB1 is obtained from human platelets.
Lyophilized from sterile solution containing 30% acetonitrile and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid. With subsequent chromatographic cleaning.
Molecular weight is 25 kDa.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel and is 98%.
The preparation should be dissolved in a 0.5% solution of BSA on 0.1 N solution of acetic acid. After that further dilution to desired aliquot in solution of 30% acetonitrile and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid.
Do not dissolve with neutral buffers! Do not use glassware and equipment!
The dry preparation is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, longer storage is permissible at -18℃.
The diluted solution should be stored at temperature of 4℃ for 2-7 days, longer storage is permissible at -18℃.
Do not allow repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
